Meet the Team
Leanne Sheppard - ACTIOS Schools' Worker
"Hi I am Leanne. I am a single mum with three daughters and we live in Great Staughton. I was brought up in a Christian family and have worked in the TV industry.
I attend the Open Door Church in St Neots and feel honoured to be in a position where I can go into schools with ACTIOS to tell the children about the love of Jesus."
Elaine Thomas - ACTIOS Schools' Worker
Hi I’m Elaine. I live in St Neots with my husband Chris, my two young sons and our little dog Poppy. We have adventures and fun together sailing our boat and we worship at Open Door Church in St Neots. I believe that all children should know who God is and that He loves them unconditionally.
Rev David Miller - ACTIOS Chair
Responsible for Publicity , Fundraising
I am married to Sarah and have 3 grown up sons and 7 grandchildren. I am a retired Church of England minister but still active in ministry within local churches.
I believe that all children should have the opportunity to hear that God loves them unconditionally in Jesus Christ."
Mr David Brown - ACTIOS Trustee and Treasurer
Responsible for Finance, Fundraising
I am married to Joyce and in 2016 we celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We have 5 grandchildren and I am passionate about enabling children to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. I am an Elder at St Neots Evangelical Church and it is a privilege to serve ACTIOS as its Treasurer.
Mrs Margaret Sare - ACTIOS Trustee
Responsible for Pastoral, Human Resources, Policies, Safeguarding
I am married to Roger for a mere 36 years. We have 7 children, three still in education and rest have flown the nest! Thirty years plus of kids mean I have an interest in education and in bringing Jesus Christ into children's lives, which will continue as our grandchildren grow (currently only one but I am sure more will follow!). We worship at River Church St Neots.
Dr David Pacini – ACTIOS Trustee
Responsible for Human Resources, Policies, Pastoral, Safeguarding
I am incredibly happily married to Hayley and we worship at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St Neots. After a stint in heart research, I taught Biology in schools for nearly thirty years, writing A-level exams, reports and articles as a Principal Examiner and schools’ inspector, before finally retiring as a Deputy Head. Now I occasionally work at Longsands Academy – so I’ve never really left school! I am privileged to support ACTIOS, letting everyone know that God became a man called Jesus, loving us without limit.”
